What a roadshow it was! The ENTECH national tour wrapped up its Australian leg just a couple of weeks ago, and the Eventec crew is finally catching their breath.
Traveling from Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion all the way across the country to Perth, ENTECH 2026 was one for the history books. The massive venue upgrades this year gave us fully light-controlled, enclosed spaces, allowing our production gear to truly shine in the dark.
If you didn't make it to the stand, or just want to relive the highlights, here is the official brand-by-brand breakdown of the Eventec x ENTECH 2026 Rewind.
Event Lighting![]()
We packed the trucks with a massive array from our flagship range, spanning high-performance moving heads, theatre fixtures, and rugged outdoor gear.
- Moving Heads: We had two new wash movers steal the show - The OUTBACK12X60W delivering high performance for an outdoor mover, while the HAVOCW7X40CRI zoom wash grabbed serious attention from lighting designers thanks to its pixel-mappable setup and immaculate colour rendering (CRI ≥93).
- OPERA Z Theatre Series: The theatrical sector got a major upgrade with the OPERAZ400VWF (a Variable White Fresnel with motorized zoom) and the OPERAZ300FCP (a full colour-mixing RGBALC Profile), proving that quiet, studio-grade performance doesn't have to sacrifice punch. We also got to debut the sample of the OPERAZ400VWF-IP Outdoor fresnels—it was great to get your feedback on that!
- The Hybrick Series: Making a bold statement on the stand, our IP65-rated Hybrick Series effect lights turned heads. Combining high-intensity blinding power with dynamic multi-segment pixel mapping, they offered designers the ultimate dual-purpose utility matrix for both festival stages and architectural applications.
- Outdoor Parcans: The absolute standout for utility wash was our IP-rated par range featuring integrated Electronic Frost, letting techs switch from a sharp beam to a smooth wash instantly without climbing a truss.
- Pre-Rig Truss: Making its debut appearance, our first edition of Pre-Rig Truss was a major talking point for production managers looking to streamline transport and rapid festival deployment.
Nicolaudie Group (Wolfmix)
Easily the biggest highlight of our East Coast leg (Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne) was hosting Simon Bennett, the visionary creator behind the Wolfmix lighting controller, live on our stand.
- The area around the console was absolutely buzzing as Simon gave hands-on masterclasses showcasing the legendary, intuitive Wolfmix workflow.
- Visitors got a first-hand look at the highly anticipated new Wolfmix Wing and the next-gen W1 MK3, giving operators an unmatched tactile experience.
Lampro
In the past, ambient trade show lighting has been the enemy of video displays, but ENTECH’s dark venue layouts gave Lampro LED Solutions the ultimate canvas.
- The Black LED LRS Screens completely stole the show with their insane contrast levels.
With deeper blacks, incredibly vibrant color saturation, and silky-smooth refresh rates, the visual performance had people stopping dead in their tracks across the show floor.
Antari
You can't showcase premium lighting and video without the right atmospheric effects to map the beams, and we brought out some serious, next-generation firepower from Antari this year.
- J100 SonicJet: This next-gen outdoor jet fog machine blew people away. With its high-performance turbo fan and splash-resistant housing, its punchy, directional fog bursts cut right through the venue with immense speed and power.
- F-8 Typhon Fazer: Designed specifically for massive spaces like stadiums and arenas, this monster 3500W arena-class unit showcased what nonstop, monumental atmospheric output looks like. Featuring dual 20L fluid tanks and an IP55-rated fan, it's a true touring beast.
Wharfedale Pro
While vision took up plenty of real estate, our audio presence was louder than ever as we showcased the heavy-duty engineering of Wharfedale Pro.
- We demonstrated the New XLA Passive Line Array System at the shows Audio Demonstration Zone, surprising audiences with the output and clarity delivered at such an affordable price-point.
JDP
For those focused strictly on the mechanics and safety of staging a show, JDP Rigging took center stage.
- We showcased the industry-trusted Kyra Chain Motors, focusing on our heavy-hitting setups including the 1000x20wp and 250x20wp models. These units proved precisely why they remain the preferred choice for production companies looking for practical, reliable, and safe lifting solutions built to handle strict touring environments.
Colbor
Right before hitting the road, we dropped the massive news that Eventec is now the exclusive Australian home of Colbor, and ENTECH was the perfect playground to unleash their incredibly powerful, ultra-compact lighting systems.
- CL220R LED Light: This 220W powerful RGBWW fixture turned heads with its full color-tuning capabilities and immense output, proving to be an absolute workhorse for creative setups.
- W200 & W100R KIT: The ultra-portable Wonder series pockets made a huge impact. Attendees loved the slim, camera-lens-sized form factor of the W200 and the versatile color options of the W100R kit—perfect examples of massive power packing down into a handheld footprint.
- BSO65 Bowens Mount Softbox: We paired these compact powerhouses with Colbor's dedicated 65cm octagonal softbox, showing off a perfectly integrated, beautifully diffused, and rapid-to-assemble solution for mobile creators and studio tech.
